Yorkshire Housing (my4walls) is the provider of the Governments Mortgage Rescue
Scheme in West, South and parts of North Yorkshire. Click on the link below to

This website explains more about the Government’s HomeBuy initiative. The online
property search lets you search for properties in West and South Yorkshire that
may match your own requirements and the application form means that you can register
for the HomeBuy scheme online. The Mortgage Rescue Scheme page gives information
on Mortgage Rescue asnd explains what you should do if you are having difficulty
in paying your mortgage.

home ownership schemes across the area.

Update 24th June 2009
We are not accepting applications for Ownhome until further notice.
There are other options for home ownership, please look on the 'about the HomeBuy
Scheme' page for more information.
If you have already been accepted onto the Ownhome scheme it may take some time
for Places for People to contact you. You sould be advised of your status within
8 - 10 weeks.
The funding for mychoice HomeBuy has now been allocated and the scheme is closed.
